The powerful Harley-Davidson VRSC V-Rod motorcycle
features the Harley-Davidson "Revolution" engine rated at 115 horsepower. All of that power from the engine is delivered from the transmission to the rear wheel using a quiet Kevlar belt that does not produce torque reactions as a drive shaft would, and these drive belts last up to 70,000 miles with minimal adjustment.
The bike has a EPA rating of 37 mpg city and 47 mpg highway. For a motorcycle that was basically designed for drag racing, I was surprised at how well the bike handles around town at lower speeds and was very pleased with open road performance.
